Auction Terms and Conditions

Payment: The winning bidder will have 3 days to make payment once the invoice is sent. Payment by credit card will incur a 3% Merchant Fee. Payment by ACH will have no fees. No other payment methods are accepted.

Pick-Up Window: The winning bidder will have 10-Days from payment acknowledgement to pick-up the equipment/item from the location. Please note the location of the item when placing a bid.

Freight: The buyer is responsible for all shipping / pick-up costs. The item MUST BE picked up within 10 days of payment acknowledgement.

Forfeiture: Failure to successfully remit payment within 3 days or pick-up within 10 days will result in forfeiture of the won item(s). The seller’s premium fee is non-refundable.

Warranty: No warranties are expressed or implied on used equipment / items.  New items may include a manufacturer’s warranty if applicable. Cleveland Forklift is not responsible for warranties beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty or for items sold as-is.

Fees: There is a 10% Buyers Premium charged in addition to the winning bid price. additionally, there is a 3% Merchant Fee charged for payments made by credit card. There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE for ACH payments.
